Board of Directors

The Board of Directors has ultimate responsibility for sustainable development strategy. The General Director and the Executive Board are responsible for developing and implementing goals and plans, and sharing and ensuring that sustainable development issues are understood and implemented consistently throughout the Group, from functional departments to each employee.

- Providing general direction on sustainable development strategy

- Approving goals and action plans

General Director is in charge of general affairs

- Developing and submitting to the BOD the goals and action plans for sustainable development of Petrolimex.

- Sharing strategies, goals and sustainable development plans throughout Petrolimex

- Ensuring sustainable development plans to achieve set goals

- Monitoring and urging the implementation of plans of relevant departments/offices

Functional departments

Deploying and realizing sustainable development plans in accordance with the direction of the General Director and the Board of Executive.

Staff

Carrying out specific daily tasks related to Petrolimex’s sustainable development goals.

THE GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

The Board of Directors of Petrolimex holds the highest responsibility for directing and overseeing sustainable development. Supporting committees include: General Affairs, Strategy, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Audit.
